Enjoyed the stay. Food in restaurant very good . Hotel is well located for facilities
Good restaurants and bar. Courteous and helpful staff.
Room is tired. Cupboard fronts not closing. Shower grout/sealer turning mouldy. Floor tiles in bathroom needs cleaning as stained. Power socket for kettle not working. Generally room needed a deep clean.

Good choice in Jalandhar
Very good location inJalandhar. Excellent restaurant at the "Tokyo Cafe", with exceptional service. The food was really great. Big spacious, comfortable rooms.
Spotty wifi at best. No safe, no fridge in my room.

Great place & location. Don't leave any valuables out when you're not in
The hotel location was great, staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough. The breakfast buffet could be better, it is catered for both indian and non indian nationals but it could do with having non spicy options for those who used to foods like that for breakfast. It would take ages to bring out a cup of tea, often leaving us to chase the waiters. The hotel was clean, whenever we needed a driver they would arrange it ASAP and we felt safe with the drivers.
We had a whiskey bottle (which was a gift) stolen from our room. When reported it to the manager, a short investigation took place however the response was far from an appropriate resolution. We were told all staff are searched upon leaving their shift and nothing was found therefore there was no evidence it had been stolen despite being told the CCTV just outside our room wasn't working, how convenient! The manager failed to address our concerns and fobbed us off by saying nothing was found so that meant they couldn't do anything. We were concerned with leaving our belongings whilst we were out. The matter was not taken seriously, it could have been passports, money next but he didn't seem bothered and couldn't understand what we trying to say instead he tried to delve into the detail of cleaners who entered the room to put us off. We were basically being told that they couldn't do anything and we just had to put up with it. There was no reimbursement or anything of that sort. Not what I would have expected from a manager.. it felt strange that the CCTV was not working outside our room. The staff were friendly however one of the staff crossed the line and begun asking what I earned back in the UK as I had just spent £60 on a treatment. They mentioned they could never do that in India and how easy it was for UK citizens. It was becoming a rather uncomfortable conversation.
